Instructions for instant warmer: fold the metal disc contained in the packet in half: the liquid will start to crystallize, warming up rapidly and maintaining the right temperature for about an hour. To prepre packet for next use, simply put the packet in boiling water for about minutes, until crystals liquefy again. Once packet cools down, it should be ready for use. Do not put in microwave. This should only be done by an adult.

Instructions for instant ice: put the packet of instant ice into the freezer for about 2-3 hours before use. This should only be handled by an adult.

To clean, remove the packets and machine wash in cool water and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
